Assuring accuracy and information

As a full-time Customer Order Processing Specialist you are an important point of contact for our customers and you do all you can to give them the best possible experience. This requires you to be extremely precise and accurately follow the customer’s order. Your responsibilities include:

  • Receiving new bookings and handling them immediately;
  • Consulting with all relevant departments in order to best fulfil the booking;
  • Keeping the customer informed at all times;
  • Proactively solving any problems that prevent you from creating the order e.g. missing or incomplete information.

The specific job requirements are:

  • You have gained, or are studying for, a degree in Logistics or relevant field;
  • Good written and spoken English language skills;
  • Working experience in the logistics industry is an advantage.
